Alfa Romeo GT Junior restoration
Carry out a bare metal repaint to rectify poor previous paint preparation work. Undertake any metal work repairs found during the course of the strip down. Remove engine and gearbox and all engine bay ancillaries. Carry out a full engine rebuild to fast road spec.
Rebuild the gearbox. Refit all parts as required. Carry out a full under body rust protection process including all cavities with Dinitrol 3125. Fit bucket seats & harnesses. Following all the work the car was run in & rolling road tuned where her mild spec engine produced a genuine and usable 156hp.
