She comes with a file of history showing a reassuring amount of expenditure, indeed since 2008 well over £18,000 has been spent on her. This work includes the following:
1. Wardo Autos in 2011 carried out a body restoration including NOS rear wings, new inner & outer sills, new floors, front wing repair panels & full repaint. Total bill (excluding panels) £5716.76
2. Alfa Craft in 2012 carried out major brake work including a new master cylinder. Total including parts £1115.04
3. Alfa Craft in December 2012 completed a cylinder head overhaul.Total including parts £994.34
4.Wellingore Garage July 2013 stripped the hood, shot blasted & repainted the frame & fitted a new hood. Painted & fitted a new bootlid, fitted new carpet underlay & carpets along with a host of new minor trim items & a service. Total inc. parts £2761.47
5. Alex Jupe Motorsport in July 2014 inspected & purchased the car for the current owner & carried out a major service, new water pump, rolling road tune, new radiator hoses, & full under body anti-corrosion treatment. Total including parts £3027.44
In addition to all this she has bills for the new panels fitted during the rebuild, other minor services & parts dating back to 1999.
Since the above works were completed she has always been garaged and covered less than 2000 miles!! So, if you are after a very sound & presentable Spider I think this represents one of the more genuine examples available and she is about as fresh and ready to go as could be.
